In our world we have a huge number of people, and they are all alone. Why does this happen? This happens because at the moment, human beings are involved a lot in their own world. In this world we have enormous problems, to which there is often no solution, and we think that others do not see the things that are happening to us:
It's unbelievable how selfish we are. At this moment, many people are starving, and we don't want to see this at all....or do we?..I dont think so:
We have even bigger problems, Global warming is coming...or..worse. It is like a child that we have standing beside us...growing bigger, and we will always have this problem:
WE NEED TO REMOVE THIS SHADOW THAT IS ABOVE US...AND TAKE CARE OF OUR HOUSE, OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD,
OUR COUNTRY, OUR WORLD!!!
I agree with you completely. But sometimes, it is so difficult to know what to do! Many people
ReplyDeletefeel that they have no power, that terrible things will happen no matter what they do. So
they try to forget about all the horrible things of the world, and just concentrate on themselves. Do you believe that just one person can make a difference? What can we do?
Good questions, Elinor. One person cannot change the world but she/he can change their little world for example, into our house we can have someone that need of our attention, our patient, our care... or we can friends that need these same things, but our life is so busy that we don't see such small things and this small things can do the difference. While some people need food others need just a friendly word. If today we stop to hear someone being sad, we've already helped someone to improve your state of mind and this is very gratifying.
